You must receive your medication in person

To make sure you get your medication safely, you'll need to be available at the delivery address on the date of your delivery with a valid ID.


We’ll keep you updated throughout the delivery process by email and SMS, so you’ll know when your order is on its way.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you’re not home during the delivery attempt:

• Your parcel will be returned to the sender. Your order will then be resent using the Standard delivery option, which usually arrives in 1–3 business days. If you’re not home to sign for your delivery, it will be taken to your nearest post office or collection point


Can someone else receive my parcel for me?

No, as your order may contain regulated medication others will not be able to receive it for you.
