To ensure your medication is provided safely and securely, you will need to show a valid ID when receiving or collecting your order.
What are the ID requirements?
Your ID must:

Match the name on your order
Display your date of birth
If you do not have valid ID:
- Your delivery may be returned or rescheduled, or
- You may be asked to return to the pharmacy with valid ID
Only the person named on the order can receive or collect the medication.
What types of ID can I use?
- Driver’s license
- Passport
- Proof of age card
When am I required to show my ID?
- At the doorstep during delivery
- At the pharmacy counter when collecting a Click & Collect order
What happens if I don’t have a valid ID or if I miss my delivery?
- For Same Day This Afternoon orders, it will be returned to sender and your order will be resent using Standard option with an approximate arrival of 1-3 business days.
- For Click & Collect you’ll need to return to the pharmacy with a valid ID during opening hours.
Can someone else receive my parcel for me?
No. As your order may contain regulated medication others will not be able to receive it for you.
What if the address on my ID is different from the order’s delivery address?
That’s okay. Your ID address does not need to match the delivery address. As long as your name matches the order and your date of birth is visible, your ID will be accepted.
