Click & Collect Process

Click & collect allows you to collect your medication directly from the dispensing pharmacy instead of having it shipped to you.

 

Click & Collect Requirements

  • You must collect your order in person
  • Valid photo ID is required at the time of collection
  • The name on your ID must match the name on the prescription and order

This is required as some medications are regulated and cannot be released to another person.

 

Click & Collect Timeframe

The estimated timeframe will always be shown at checkout when you select your pharmacy.

  • If all medications in your order are in stock, the estimated timeframe will typically be 1–3 business days
  • If some medications are not currently in stock but can be fulfilled by a participating pharmacy, the estimated timeframe will typically be 3–7 business days

Where some medications are unavailable, your order must be collected in full once all items become available. Partial collection of Click & Collect orders is not available.

Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified via email and SMS, and your order status will update in your patient portal.

How long do I have to collect my order?

If your order has not been collected within 7 days, your order may be cancelled.

 

Can someone else collect my order for me?

No. Your order must be collected by you personally.

Due to regulatory requirements, third-party collection is not permitted, even with authorisation.

 

Can I change my order to be shipped instead?

If you would like to switch from Click & Collect to other delivery options:

  • Please contact our support team to request cancellation of your Click & Collect order.
  • Order cancellations may take up to 1 business day to process.

Once cancelled, you will be able to place a new order and select a delivery option at checkout. Delivery charges may apply to the new order, depending on the delivery option selected.

 

Can I change the pharmacy selected for click & collect?

No. Once your order has been placed, the selected pharmacy cannot be changed.

If you are unable to attend the selected pharmacy, please contact support to discuss cancellation and re-ordering options. Alternative delivery options may be available and may incur an additional cost.

 

Can I provide a photo of my ID?

Some pharmacies may accept a photo of your ID; however, acceptance is at the discretion of the dispensing pharmacy. We recommend bringing physical ID where possible or confirming directly with the pharmacy prior to collection.

Important Acknowledgements

By selecting Click & Collect at checkout, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for collecting the order from the nominated pharmacy.
  • Collection must occur within 7 days of your order being marked as ready for collection to avoid cancellation.
  • Valid photo ID is required at the time of collection.
  • Order fulfilment timeframes depend on medication availability and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order
