Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please note: Schedule 8 medication must be returned to receive a refund or replacement. Do not dispose of or consume the medication, as you will be required to return it.

Additionally, medication can’t be returned without the labelled packaging. To ensure you can complete your return, keep all packaging and prescription labels.

Change of mind returns

We do not offer change of mind returns for prescribed medication.

If you have changed your mind about a device you purchased, we are happy to offer you a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs, provided that the device is:

  • returned within 7 days of delivery; and
  • still in the original packaging, including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories; and
  • is unopened, unused and in original saleable condition.

Faulty or damaged items

We will accept returns and provide you with a refund or replacement where the product is:

  • faulty or not of acceptable quality, or
  • significantly different to what was shown or described to you.

Where an item is eligible for a refund of this kind, we will refund the price of the item as well as any associated shipping costs to your original payment method.

Arranging a return

All returns should be requested through our help centre within 7 days of delivery. To assist with a speedy resolution, please provide the below information with your request:

  • The reason for the return
  • Medication name
  • A photo of the medication batch/lot number
  • A photo of the medication expiry date
  • Photos clearly showing the reason for return

We offer free return shipping, however you will need to provide packaging and may be required to print the shipping label. We are not responsible for costs incurred to print the shipping label or package the return.
