You can view your order history and manage your active orders in uMeds. Here you’ll find your order number, an outline of each product and an itemised receipt that you can download. You can also view the status of active orders. Once the order has been shipped by the pharmacy, you’ll be able to track it directly from here.
Order history
To view your order history, follow the steps below:
- Select “View orders” from the homepage or left navigation menu.
- This provides detailed information about all past orders, and the status of any active orders.
- Your active orders will display at the top and you can select the dropdown arrow to the right of your orders to view more information.
Order number
Your order number is a unique identifier that begins with “MPRS” and differentiates each of your orders. This can be found in your patient portal and is very useful when raising an enquiry about an order.
Follow the steps below to locate your order number:
- Select “View orders” from the homepage or left navigation menu.
- Your order number begins with “MPRS”. It will be displayed under your “Active orders” and “Past orders”.
Split orders
Your order might be sent in multiple shipments if the pharmacy is waiting on additional stock to arrive from the warehouse. There will be no charge for the extra shipping and nothing further is required from you. This process allows you to get the available medication sooner, and the remaining products will be sent once they arrive at the pharmacy.
You can check to see if your order has been split, and track the progress of each part of your order in your patient portal.
To do so, follow the steps below:
- Select “View orders” from the homepage or left navigation menu.
- If your order number contains “-S1” and “-S2”, your order has been sent in two shipments.
- You can view the status of each part of your order here, and a tracking option will be available once dispensed.
Receipts
You can now download an itemised receipt for any previous orders. This also includes the information required for private health insurance claims.
To do so, follow the steps below:
- Select “View orders” from the homepage or left navigation menu.
- Find the order you would like a receipt for and select “View receipt”.
Cancel order
Orders can be cancelled and refunded only up until they’re dispensed from the pharmacy. If you would like to cancel an order you have paid for, please contact uMeds.
Any orders that have been dispensed are not able to be cancelled or returned. This is because the medication that has been dispensed, cannot be re-dispensed to another patient.
