Receiving your "This Evening" delivery

You must receive your medication in person

To make sure you get your medication safely, you'll need to be available at the delivery address on the date of your delivery.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the delivery process by email and SMS, so you’ll know when your order is on its way.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you’re not home during the first delivery attempt:

  • We will try again on the next available delivery date. This second attempt will also occur in the evening and timeframes will be communicated by email and SMS.
  • If no one is available on the second attempt, your parcel will be returned to sender. Your order will then be resent using the Standard delivery option, which usually arrives in 1–3 business days. If you’re not home to sign for your delivery, it will be taken to your nearest post office or collection point

Can someone else receive my parcel for me?

No, as your order may contain regulated medication others will not be able to receive it for you.

Disclaimer: Where evening delivery is available, it will be shown at checkout. The availability of evening delivery will be dependent on a number of factors including stock availability, delivery area and the time and date your order is made.
