Our uMeds Privacy Policy has been updated, effective 7 January 2025.
These changes were implemented to enhance transparency and ensure compliance with the evolution of our services.
No new fees or costs are associated with these updates and they will not impact your current orders, or how you receive your medication.
If you're wondering why we need Artificial Intelligence to assist in delivering your medication, it's used to enhance service functionality, personalise your experience, automate tasks, and identify opportunities to improve our delivery services.
To continue using uMeds for your deliveries, you will need to agree to the updated Privacy Policy. There is no action required on your part; by simply continuing to use our services after 7 January 2025, you are indicating your agreement with the new updates.
If you choose not to agree with these changes but you’d like to remain a patient with your clinic, you can request a script release through them. This means your prescription will be emailed to you as an eScript, so you can take it to your chosen pharmacy for in-store pick up.
