Once you finalise your order, you’ll be taken directly to the checkout page to complete payment. You can choose to pay by debit or credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
You’ll need to have Apple Pay or Google Pay already set up on your device in order to be able to use them for payment.
To pay by Apple Pay or Google Pay, follow the steps below:
- In the checkout page, select the payment option you’d like to use.
- Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
If you receive an error regarding your shipping address, please make sure the address listed in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay account is the same as your uMeds shipping address.
For Apple Pay, you can check this by following the steps below:
- Go to your device “Settings”, select “Wallet & Apple Pay”, under “transaction defaults”, select “Shipping Address” and update as needed.
- Go to your device “Settings”, select “Wallet & Apple Pay”, select the card you would like to use, under “Billing Address”, you can view and edit your address as needed.

Debit or credit card
uMeds accept Visa, Matercard and American Express, with no surcharge. Your debit or credit card details are not saved in uMeds’ system, so you will need to enter them manually each time you order.
To pay by debit or credit card, you can follow the steps below:
- In the checkout page, select the payment option “Credit card”.
- Enter your card details in the required fields.
- Select “Continue to payment” to finalise your order.
- You’ll then be taken to a confirmation page where you can review your order.
Pre-paid Cards
If you’re unable to use the options listed above, we recommend looking into the Australia Post Everyday Mastercard. This is a prepaid card that you can buy from your local Australia Post Office. It can be used to pay for your orders, similar to a debit or credit card.
Payment Instalments
If you’d like to pay for your order in instalments, you can pay by Zip Pay. To do so, you’ll need to set up a Zip account and generate a single use card for payment.

We don’t currently offer Afterpay, Deferit or humm as a payment option.
Refunds
If your order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, you’ll receive a full refund via your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process and reflect back in your bank account.
