To join the Concession Program, contact our partner clinic and provide a clear photo of your valid concession card.

Concession discounts cannot be backdated and will automatically apply to future orders, up until the expiry date of your concession card. If your concession card expires, you’ll need to contact our partner clinic with an updated photo of your new card to continue receiving a discount. 

Eligibility

Concession benefits are offered to all holders of a Commonwealth-issued:

• Health Care Card
• Veterans Card (DVA)
• Seniors Health & Pensioners Concession Card

• 10% discount on your prescribed medication and devices through uMeds

Please note, if you are prescribed medication from the concession medication range, the 10% discount does not apply to this medication as it is already offered at a discounted price.
